I know that these are made for photographers and graphic artists, but they're terrific for medical use.I use this light pad as an xray viewer, and it's better than anything else I've ever found. The light is even and bright and perfect color for medical imaging, it performs just as well as any dedicated xray viewer I've ever used, and the unit itself is far easier to transport than anything else I've ever seen or heard of. Xrays, MRI's, all sorts of medical images look great and it's easy to use it on the desktop for critical viewing or even in an exam room for consultation with a patient.The only thing that would make it better is a carrying case.
