Mediocre at best

I bought these as they appeared to be good for exercising and I've had good experiences with sony products in the past. First off you have to keep the volume control on the cord low and use your players volume control - at higher volumes on the integrated control the sound gets distorted especially at the high end. OK, I can live with that. The real letdown was the fact that these "in-the-ear" headphones didn't stay in the ear so well. Every 1/5 mile on the treadmill I found myself pushing them back in as they quickly worked their way out till they were resting over my ears. I'll use them for the time being but will stay on the lookout for a better pair.

Usefull headphones

One reason I like these headphones is because the headband is comfortable and keeps the earphones in place most of the time unless you are bending over a lot (pulling weeds).Many types of headphones give my ears claustrphobia, but these are not intrusive and do allow outside sounds in as when my wife calls that dinner is ready.I really like the volume control so that when I go in and out of noisey environments, I don't have to fish out my iPod and adjust the volume. However, as others have mentioned, you can't use the volume control when you have the cord inside your shirt so as not to jerk your ears off on some annoying projection or part of your body.In fact, I just lost sound in one earpiece after catching the cord on my knee while bending over. I am going to buy two more of these, they are the best I've seen so far.

Sony Headphones

I have tried several different kinds of headphones for the gym and these are my favorite. You have to be somewhat careful how you store them so they don't get damaged but for the price there are great and you can always get another set if one gets damaged. The only problem I have is that I can't use the volume control very well because I usually thread the wire under my shirt so it doesn't get caught in the equipment at the gym. I had the head phones on and walked too close to a machine and the wire caught on the machine and about pulled my ears off. It was a good reminder to me to be careful around the equipment and the moving parts in particular. I ended up pulling the wire from the volume control loose and had to buy a new set. They are extremely light weight and I think the sound quality is certainly good enough for someone who just wants to use them while working out. I think I will order another set now.

NOT for your camcorder!

Excellent mike but NOT for mounting on your camcorder. Anytime you touch your camcorder to adjust exposure, zoom in-out, manual focus,etc the sound of your finger tips will be recorded on tape. Be warned. The Sony ECM-HS1,which I have used for over three years, is a much better choice. No camera handling noise is recorded, sound quality is not at par with the MS908C, but much better than the internal mike. Just leave it in the 'Shotgun' full time for best results.

This mike gets used more than all my other mikes

I bought this mike 3 years ago. Much of my videos are interviews. I bought a six-foot extension cord at Radio Shack and use this mike handheld. Viewers remark that in my videos you can hear what the people say, with full, clear sound. If I have to cut in an interview someone else did using a camera-mounted mike, the sound is suddenly tinny, distant, and weak. I also own a camera-mounted Canon shotgun mike. I use that if a handheld mike isn't possible, but it's substantially worse sound. I also own two Sony wireless laveliers. I rarely use those, they're too much trouble to deal with. As for built-in mikes, some camcorders have acceptable mikes and others are horrendous. This Sony mike is my first choice mike in nearly every video. Simple to use, pro sound. I never use this microphone mounted to the camcorder. Thus I should have bought the Sony ECMMS907, which is the same microphone but with a small stand instead of the camcorder mount. But the subject is almost always holding this mike so I usually don't need a stand.

Great Instrumental Mic, Best Bang-for-Buck Value Out There

I should start out by saying that my primary uses for this mic have been for instrumental recording. I generally record directly to a Sony MD player if I am recording a practice session with it, but I have recorded a few concerts as well and have run it through a mixer with great results. Individual voices come through very well. The only disadvantage to it is that you can only use 3.5mm cable with it, which works great for recording to MD but means you need adapters to work with any other type of recording equipment. If this is a major concern, you may wish to look at the more pro-sumer like equivalent, the MS-957, which will allow you to use either 3.5mm or XLR cable. However, I find these mics more than acceptable for most of my uses, and have been pleasantly surprised by these two mics that I picked up.

Great sound bad battery pack

This little mike has a nice rich tone and doesn't pick up extraneous room noises, making it very useful for recording lecture and voice overs outside of a studio environment. I was able to record a short statement with a TV playing low about 10 feet away and it did not pick up the TV. The problem, at least with the one I got is that the off/on switch on the battery pack is VERY poorly constructed. For a $99 you would expect a reliable switch. When you turn it on it glows brightly for a second and then dims. That dim glow remains even when the unit if off. The result is a dead battery every time you try to use it again. The only solution I've found is to remove the battery. The battery clip is also a cheap plastic tension clip so that will destroy the unit over time. Turning the pack off does shut off the mike. It just doesn't stop the drain on the battery. Keep the packaging until you are sure yours works properly. If you are using it with certain sony devices you may not need the battery.

Works great!

I bought this cable to use in my car. I have a 2006 Scion xB with an AUX plug for MP3, CD & Tape players. This is just the cable for me to be able to use our Dell DJ's in my car. The sound quality coming through the radio is great with no distortion or static. It's long enough that backseat passangers have control of the devices without having to reach. I am very happy with this product.

Good sound, good price. (and durable)

This cable is doing a fine job of connecting my iPod to my car stereo. I had a more expensive cable doing the job over the last year, but after sitting in the car for a year, the shielding deteriorated and the sound started to get all screwy (technical term).As far as this one is concerned, it sounds just fine (which is a big deal for me) and it's very flexible, which is a plus. Whether it can withstand more than a year in a car is yet to be proven, but initial quality is very good.I recommend.EDIT 2011:...and it lasts in a car directly in the sun for years as well. Just thought I'd add that.

First off, I'd like to tell all you yugioh fans that I have been playing this card game for about 2 years, and I loved it right away. There are plenty of packs with amazing cards in them, and this pack is no exception. When I opened this booster box, I had no idea what I was going to get. Luckly, I got a lot of cards that could help my deck, like Injection Fairy Lily, a secret rare holo(very hard to find), 2 Drop offs(an awesome card for almost any deck), Creature Swap(does what it says), Spear Dragon(like a Gemini Elf, only no defense, but with a built in Fairy Meteor Crush), and last(but definitely not least), Fiber Jar(basicly resets the duel, except for life points). If you are a yugioh fan, and are looking to improve your deck, I seriously suggest buying one of these.

The Ultimate Set for Warrior, Dragon, and Fiend Decks!

The new Legacy of Darkness brings not so much staple cards, like in past sets, but more variety to the metagame. Legacy of Darkness is focused on boosting the power of Dragons, Warriors, and partly Fiends. It also brings a new sub-type of Effect Monster to the gaming enviroment, the Spirit (similar to how Toons got their own sub-type). Spirits all share the same effect-- they can't be Special Summoned and the return to their owner's hand at th end of the turn that they were summoned, flip summoned or flipped face-up --but in addition they each have their own secondary effect. Legacy of Darkness gives us some of the most powerful and broken monsters in the entire game, English and Japanese: Injection Fairy Lily and espicially Yata-Garasu, a Spirit monster. For Warriors, LoD has Freed the Matchless General, an excellent card for getting Warriors more quickly; Exiled Force, which you can sacrifice to destroy another monster; Maruading Captain, which protects your other Warriors from attack; and Reinforcement of the Army, which lets you take one Level 4 or lower Warrior from your Deck and add it to your hand. In the category of Dragons, LoD has the mighty Ultra Rare Tyrant Dragon, a braw beast at 2900 ATK. It has a pretty good effect too: if it has already attacked that turn, and there is at least one monster remaining on your opponent's side of the field, it can attack again. Also, it is not effected by Traps that designate it as a target, but if you wish to revive it from the Graveyard,you have to tribute a Dragon-Type from your side of the field. There is the Super Rare Luster Dragon with an ATK of 2400 for only a Level 6, and countless commons supporting Dragons. In conclusion, I'd say that LoD will bring new, more creative decks, not just the speed beatdown decks (similar to what I play). Postscript: I directed this toward seasoned players but I hope all will benefit.

When I opened this box, I had no idea what I would get. First off, let me tell you that within the first couple of packs, expect to start seeing a lot of doubles. This pack is focused around three different types of monsters, Dragon, Warrior, and Spellcaster. Some of the better cards in the series are, injection fairy lily, drop off, airknight parshath, and yata garasu. Well, good luck and I hope that this review was helpful to you.

Nice set, good value

I bought this set for my nephew to play with when he comes to my house. I had fun playing with it and he hasn't even been over yet. You get a lot of track and two tunnels, which I think is good for the price. I bought extra cars because I didn't think an engine and one car was much of a train. This turned out to be a good plan because the train can't switch from one track to the other - the train goes around only one circle, not both, unless you manually move it. Overall, I love this set.

These toys are awesome. Not only can you get them at just about every department store (not just Babies R Us), babies really do like them. They are colorful and useful: teethers, rattles, whatever.

AWESOME toys!

My husband and I grabbed this gift set while we were wandering around Babies R Us a couple of months ago, and I don't know what we'd do without them! They have been my daughter's (5-months old) favorite toys since we opened the box! Evelyn loves the faces, and will sit and talk to them for, well, a long time for a baby! We have one always on her high chair ("Boris the Ccral Monster"), one in her car seat ("Stretch", Boris' brother), and "Checker-Bird" and friends on the floor. Then there are all the rattles, teethers, etc. that are all over the house and shared with Grandma! Sassy's products are of excellent quality for infant toys. I HIGHLY recommend Sassy toys.

My Daughter just LOVES ALL her Sassy toys!!!

Kylie is 6 months and STILL loves her Sassy toys! Since she was about 3 weeks old these toys have just thrilled her, she loves the colors and sounds! She smiles and talks to them, shakes them and takes them everywhere!

I have bought her almost every Sassy item available! I have found no problems with them, they are always in perfect condition! Sassy is NUMBER 1 !!!
