2Good board surface, bad hardware, tough to assemble and hang.
By YanksMarching
I purchased two of these whiteboards. They shipped without issue or any damage. The board surface itself is a nice, solid, magnetic surface. Package contained a tray to hold markers and a marker starter pack. The accessories and mounting hardware had some issues. The first ledge/tray used to hold the markers was warped when the metal was manufactured so it does not sit flush against the board to be mounted. Additionally, there are no pilot holes drilled into the bottom of the board's frame to mount the marker tray or the tray itself so I had to make my own with a drill - vertically through both the aluminum tray and board itself. Also, the wall mount hardware consists of two clips for the top of the board, two "L" brackets for the bottom. Not the easiest thing to mount but not impossible. Finally, some of the screws that shipped with the first board were defective as well and could not be used so had to find my own. The boards were a decent price so I will make them work but poor manufacturing and quality assurance for sure.

3Some flaws...
By ThinkPadUser
I bought from the seller "Amazon.com", and it arrived only 5 days after I ordered it (with Super Saver shipping). This is a porcelain dry-erase board, so it will last longer than cheaper melamine boards, when you erase on it, it will not smear or ghost, and it requires less cleaning than melamine boards. This board is difficult to mount, because you have to drill your own holes into the aluminum frame for the screws to go in. Quartet should have done that for the customer. The porcelain feels thinner compared to the Quartet porcelain chalkboard that I also have, but there is a slice of steel behind it for durability and magnetism. This board comes with two paper holders. They are thin, somewhat transparent plastic pieces that slide in between the aluminum frame and porcelain surface, and can hold papers against the surface. This board also comes with a black, red, green, and blue Quartet brand dry-erase marker, which is not as bright at the famous Expo dry-erase markers. The thing I hate the most about this board is that it comes with a short marker tray, which only covers about half of the board. Once installed, it will shake slightly up and down. Also, it will only hold a few markers, so if you have a lot of colors and erasers, you need to keep them somewhere near the board. Expo makes marker/eraser holders that can be mounted with the included magnets, or adhesive strips.http://www.amazon.com/Expo-Precision-Whiteboard-Eraser-8473KF/dp/B0000AQOE3/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1355625126&sr=8-2&keywords=expo+eraserhttp://www.amazon.com/Expo-Recycled-Marker-Holder-1781785/dp/B005DEW3NK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1355625135&sr=8-1&keywords=expo+ledgehttp://www.amazon.com/Expo-Recycled-Eraser-Holder-1781786/dp/B005DEW3EO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1355625135&sr=8-2&keywords=expo+ledgehttp://www.amazon.com/Expo-Recycled-Marker-Organizer-1785294/dp/B005DEW3DU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1355625150&sr=8-1&keywords=expo+caddyhttp://www.amazon.com/Expo-Piece-Original-Erase-Organizer/dp/B00006IFIR/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1355625150&sr=8-2&keywords=expo+caddyThe picture is misleading, because the marker tray only covers about half of the board, not almost the entire thing. With all of the flaws, I would still recommend it, because of the surface.
