Great Vise with large opening capabilities!

This Wilton spec'd Chinese made vise is well worth the money. Large screw mechanism. Reversible feature let me have a nice vice for U-joints, etc without breaking the bank. I would definitely buy again. No regrets! Wide jaws, 2 anvil areas, easy operation, easy reversal, great construction. Great Buy!

First off - the pictures do NOT do this vise justice! It's a LOT bigger than it looks. I replaced a 5" bargain vise with this, expecting it to be about the same size - it's large, which explains the price.The rotation base is serrated and the twin locking handles are great - this vise will not slip or rotate, which used to drive me crazy.The twin anvils are nice. The reversable feature is just frosting on the cake.Highly recommended.

If you choose this vise, you will not be disappointed. The quality becomes obvious as soon as you mount it on your work bench. It works great, the reversible feature comes in real handy for wider clamping needs. I like the two anvil surfaces. It's heavy, it's very smooth and solid. Wilton quality for sure. I was a little concerned about price and buying this on line. When I got the product I was delighted.
