My favorite pen

I love this pen. It writes great, it's comfortable, and the gel ink flows on almost any material. I keep it attached to my car keys, and it still snaps firmly onto my keychain even after a year of use. Replacing the ink is also super simple and mess-free. I also have one of these in blue and keep it in my car. After temperatures in winter well below freezing, and temperatures in summer well above 100, it still writes great. I heard Cross discontinued this product, which would be a shame if it's true. This is definitely a fantastic pen.

The phone representative was mindful of my problem but noted the ink does have a specific shelf life. I'm sorry it was much shorter than I anticipated.
