I've used Serial adapters, both USB-Serial and PCMCIA-Serial, and have found this unit to work the best of all I have tried. They have really good online and email support too.

Excellent no-hassle product

Seamless setup on a heavily configured laptop with no RS232 ports. Many odd uses in communications equipment programming, monitoring and remote control -- all with no glitches. Haven't found a negative for this product; would definitely buy again.
