Outstanding Customer Support

This is not a no-iron shirt. I contacted Paul Frederick about my dissatisfaction with the shirt and they immidiately contacted me and authorized a no-cost return even though the shirt had already been unpacked and run through a wash cycle. They sent a no-iron shirt and only charged me the difference is price, again with no shipping. I have seldom seen such outstanding customer service and would highly recommend the company for for its outstanding service. The new no-iron shirt was exactly what I wanted and very high quality.
