5A little different from the film version, but I'm perfectly fine with that.

I was given this set as a gift about 7 years ago, and I still have it. And now, I decided to write a review of sorts.Let's start with the obvious: this Lego version of the original Slave 1 (named by Jango himself... small SW fact) is different from the ship you saw in Episode 2; not TOO much however :) The nose is shorter, and the wings (are they wings?) lower, placed at the middle of the ship, when in "flying" position. The engines also look different. But the differences end there; it is still quite similar to the film counterpart. Now to what this ship has and does... It can drop bombs from the back, the bottom guns are moveable, there are two machine guns that come out from the sides, the nose hides rockets (which you fire with your imagination :) The ship holds a container (put stuff in it!) in the middle (right under the pilot seat) for... some reason. But its true purpose is holding the pilot seat in place, and removing the container will make the seat and wing's rotation a bit off. But it is unlikely you will want to remove it anyway. It will take someone x-perienced about half an hour to build this, but any child over 7 could do it as well (just not as fast). The ship is FAIRLY durable and holds together more or less, but, I should remind you, that most of the bigger Lego SW sets are not for active playing. Be careful with the model; it needs your love to remain in your collection for many years. Are you a child who wants a kool Lego SW ship? Or are you a Lego fan or a collector? A fan of both Lego and Star Wars ships?? Either way, this set is a nice purchase, just make sure you find an affordable copy (since it is a rather old set).P.S. Jango and Boba both look very nice, no complaints there.
