Product Description
Pelican Protector Cases are made with Copolymer Polypropylene, using an open cell core and solid wall construction, which is stronger and lighter that the completion. You can tell its a Pelican case by the distinctive "twin-ribbed" top surface. Stainless steel pins are used for hinges and handles. The new Double-Throw latches are much easier to open.

Excellent Case

We needed a case to protect a $20k electronics module for a race car application while it's shuttled around the world "by train, plane and automobile". This is it.We've shipped and gotten units back from all over; scuffed, bumped, marked up and beaten to hell without a scratch or damage of any kind to the hardware inside. If you need to protect it, this box will do it.Highly recommended.

We needed a no kiddin' water proof case for our 30 day, mid winter Grand Canyon raft trip to store valuables. After getting submerged and repeatedly splashed in a couple hundred rapids, this case did not disappoint. Not a drop inside whatsoever. None. As with any sealed container, it did condense moisture since it was exposed to temperatures between 25 to 65 degrees daily. Airing it out a couple times on sunny days in camp did the trick. A splendid product, I own a couple now.
