Long Use and they have stood by their product

I actually bought two of these original cybersonics years ago. I don't remember what year, but I know it was in the late 90's. I had a the same problem as one person above described. The power switch on one of them when bad and would not turn on and off. I called the company and sent it back and they fixed it (or replaced it). I have since lost the second one, but, the other one I still have and been using daily for over a decade. It finally started acting funny a few weeks ago and now it does not work. I really miss it. I have recently just contacted the Amden corporation to see if they would still be able to fix it, as the web site say it has lifetime warranty. [...] Even if they do not replace it, I can say that I have certainly gotten a lot of good years of use out of it. I would recommend the product to any one. It did a great job cleaning my teeth and when I need it it fixed, they did it quickly and with out much a du.

I replaced my original Cybersonic Model 1 toothbrush after the On-Off button eventually failed after two years of use with the same model because it did a GREAT job - much better than the Oral B. My dentist couldn't believe the improvement in my gums after a month of using the Cybersonic.The problem with this toothbrush is that the batteries in it can appear to not charge well. I received the replacement toothbrush from Amazon and deep cycled it three or four times before I used it, but the battery still held a charge for only 20 to 30 seconds! I returned it and got another, which also did not hold a charge until I deep cycled the battery 4 or 5 times, after which it will now last for six to ten cleanings before needing to be recharged.I strongly recommend this toothbrush, but also STRONGLY recommend that you fully charge it, then let it run down completely, and repeat this cycle for three or four more times before trying to really use the toothbrush on you mouth.You'll be very glad you did.

This is a great product. I have had mine for over 4 years now with the original battery. Every time I go to the dentist, he is very impressed with the cleanliness of my teeth and of how much healthier they are a vast improvement from before when I was using a regular toothbrush. I don't much care for the whiteners or the flosser but the toothbrush and tongue cleaner I feel is second to none.
